Installation service area: Available only within a 30 km radius of our store at 636 Frederika Street, Gezina, Pretoria. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer installations outside this area.

Standard Installation – R1,850 incl. VAT

For qualifying split air conditioners up to and including 12,000 BTU.
Larger units and non-standard installations quoted separately.

Standard installation is a back-to-back installation – the indoor and outdoor units are mounted on opposite sides of the same wall.

Standard Back to Back Installation includes
  • Supply and installation of outdoor brackets
  • Installation of the indoor and outdoor units
  • Drilling of one 60–80 mm hole through the wall
  • Installation of the supplied pipe kit with Armoflex
  • Wiring connection from indoor to outdoor unit
  • Installation of the condensation drain pipe
  • Connection to an existing isolator within reach of the unit's standard cable
  • Gas leak, hot and cool, and remote control tests

Standard installation conditions and service area restrictions apply. Installation is not included in the aircon selling price.

Please note: For any additional work and material that may be required for a non-standard installation, for example: electrical installations, cables, isolators, fittings, trunking, pumps, gas tubing, scaffolding etc., please ask your installer for a free quotation.
